As a long-time fan of the Bachelor (and previous recapper), I’ve taken it upon myself to recap Hannah Brown’s season. So here it is: the Rose Recap of Season 15 episode 11.

The episode starts with the rose ceremony from Greece, you know, the one from last weeks episode. But instead of one of the remaining guys being sent home, Luke comes back and acts like Hannah didn't ask him to leave. Hannah arrives at the rose ceremony, sees Luke, and asks him to leave. Nick Viall says it best:

Luke keeps on saying that he needs clarity and that he knows for a fact that Hannah isn't over him and this is about his heart. Peter, Jed, and Tyler come to defend Hannah's choice, and I know that everyone got really excited over Tyler saying "or what?" when Luke said not to touch him, but Tyler's standout moment for me was when everyone starts telling Luke what a joke he is and Tyler takes the time to ask Hannah if she already sent him home before going in for the kill.

Luke finally leaves, and while you might want to see who Hannah sends home at this rose ceremony, production decides that this seems like as good of a time as any to switch to Men Tell All. Which, more accurately should be called Luke Tells All.

Of the hour and a half dedicated to Men Tell All, I'd conservatively estimate that at least half of it focuses on Luke. And here's the gag, Men Tell All is a full day affair, with normally three to four hours of footage, so someone within the production department really thought that we needed to see more Luke. Maybe I'm in the minority here but I'm over it. It's not like Luke is saying anything he hasn't already said. None of this is original or worth the screen time it's gotten. We get it; Luke is a misogynist and on top of that, was horrible to the guys in the house.

The highlight of the night was John Paul Jones, not doing anything other than being himself. That was it. If we're being honest, not even the season's bloopers made the rest of the episode worth watching. But maybe if Matt Donald had gotten a chance to say anything I would feel differently.

There's not much more I can say about this episode because truly, all of it was about Luke and I don't want to force you to read about it, much less force myself to write about it. But next week is a two day finale, and I'm planning on posting two separate recaps for you! So tune in, both to ABC and Rose Recaps.
